A Little Conversation
We begin by discussing your project in detail, focusing on your goals and budget. During this initial consultation, we also gather essential information about your installation needs, including photos of your roof, storage areas, and other relevant spaces. This helps us design a system tailored to your specific setup and requirements.
Planning to Succeed
You'll receive a tailored proposal that outlines the scope of work, materials, and expected performance. After reviewing the proposal, we'll work with you to finalize the details. Once approved, we’ll schedule the installation. Typically a down payment is required to hold your scheduled slot.
Getting it Done
Most drop off the RV 1-3 days prior to installation. For full timers or those traveling we allow you to stay onsite in your RV as our guest. Welcome.
We handle every aspect of the installation process with precision and care. We use top-tier Victron Energy products and ensure that every component is installed to meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
We also offer additional services like 12V air conditioning, diesel heaters, adding additional electrical circuits, changing out roof fans and other custom setups.
Test and Verify
After the installation is complete, we perform a series of rigorous quality assurance checks. These include ensuring shore power functions correctly, verifying that the generator is properly charging the batteries, and conducting load tests, such as running the air conditioner. Finally, we use a thermal imaging camera to inspect the system for any hot spots, ensuring everything operates smoothly and safely.
Hit the Road
Before you hit the road, we’ll walk you through all the system features and prepare you for any scenarios you may encounter. We also encourage you to stay and boondock for a night or two or stay nearby to familiarize yourself with the system and ask any questions while you’re still here.
