Manufacturer's Warranty Assistance
We stand by the quality of the products we install. All Victron Energy products and other components we use come with their respective manufacturer's warranties. Should you experience any issues with a product, we’ll assist you in navigating the manufacturer's warranty process to get the item replaced or repaired as quickly as possible.
Our team will guide you through the steps to file a warranty claim, ensuring you have the necessary documentation and information to get your issue resolved efficiently.
Our Workmanship Warranty
In addition to the manufacturer's warranty, Sotasolar offers a 1-year warranty on all labor and workmanship for the systems we install. We guarantee that our installations are done with the highest standards of quality and attention to detail.
Our workmanship warranty covers:
- Proper installation of all solar panels, inverters, charge controllers, and batteries.
- Secure and clean wiring according to industry best practices.
- Correct system integration and programming of Victron Energy products.
- Any issues related to installation errors or defects within the first year.
If you encounter any issues related to our installation within the first year, we’ll repair or correct the problem at no additional cost.
What’s Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, rodents / animals, or accidents.
- Issues arising from unauthorized modifications or repairs by other parties.
- Normal wear and tear of components.
- Product defects covered under the manufacturer's warranty (we’ll assist with the replacement process but will not directly cover those items).
